Moto del Gallo

This is one of the better restaurants in the region.  The photo is of the owner and the head chef.  Moto del Gallo is just over the border in Switzerland.  The setting is magical as the restaurant resides within a hamlet from the 1400s.  The style is the Italian version of haute cuisine.  The menu changes according to the season.  We were there recently and they had several dishes with a champagne rosa theme.  My wife had the tuna which was out of this world.
