The Beautiful Village of Torno

Yesterday was the most beautiful day of the year and hence I submitted four photos in the weblog.  Torno is such a charming village that sits just across the lake from the Villa Passalacqua.  Try lunch or dinner at Il Ristorante Belvedere.  In the summer it is a delight to sit out on the terrace, over the lake with splendid views.  If you ask in a kindly manner, La mamma will bring out her homemade hot peppers in oil to carefully spread on your pasta or bread.
