The Frutteto

The Frutteto, or the Orchard, is just starting to bloom.  The gardens really started to turn this year during the last few days of March.  Before that the grass had that yellow winter look and now they have turned a lush green.  Three days ago the first few Azalea flowers appeared and we are now well into the Tulip season.  For those who like to follow the gardens on Lake Como I will advise when the first roses appear.
